“This was my first time using a staging company. I Googled a few, read their reviews and went through their gallery photos. I contacted 3 companies. Gina was the second person to respond.
My biggest fear was that the style would not be to my taste and that Big Style Staging wouldn’t be able to pull this project off with such short notice. Gina and I spoke about my beach condo and my taste. She was very knowledgeable. I chose Gina because she could fit me in her schedule her price was within my budget – the price included professional photos for MLS.
It was obvious from day 1 that Gina and her team (shout-out to the amazing Orlando!) are extremely organized – whether it was communicating with me, the building manager or the concierge.
Gina’s interior decor sense is impeccable and gorgeous. The first time she texted me preliminary photos, I did not recognize my condo. The choices in furniture, colors and the little beach-themed details took my breath away. I then sent my real estate agent to the condo who was in awe and shock – she too did not recognize it. Finally, I took my husband to see it. He said “wow, now I wish we could live here – the place looks so much bigger!”
For the next couple of days, I spent most of time just forwarding the photos to my friends and family – just to show off the gorgeous design. Once my agent put it on MLS and had an open house the same week, I got an offer the following week.
Should I decide to sell my other condos, I will definitely use Gina again.
The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure.
