Gina Gailing
Company Owner & Creative Director of Big Style Staging
Gina Gailing is a MULTI-AWARD WINNING Home Stager, a Certified Interior Decorator, and an Accredited Home Staging Professional.
She has completed the most comprehensive certification courses in the industry through the Home Staging Resource (HSR), one of the first and only accredited training programs available for home staging and redesign. Gina is a proud member of both the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR).
Originally from New York City, Gina began her career in Retail Design Advertising, where she quickly advanced to roles as a Creative Director and Art Director for retail catalog room environments. Her experience in orchestrating photo shoots and designing room layouts honed her skills in creating stunning, market-ready interiors—a key strength she brings to every staging project.
In 2019, Gina was honored as one of the Top 10 Best Vacant Stagers in the U.S., a recognition that reflects her dedication to excellence and her keen eye for design.
With a passion for transforming spaces and a commitment to helping clients make a lasting impression, Gina brings a unique blend of creativity, industry knowledge, and attention to detail to every project she leads at Big Style Staging.
