THE PROCESS

While sometimes quotes can be provided during a phone call, all Vacant Homes will require a site visit to the property to determine the scope of work based on a variety of factors. Careful thought is spent in evaluating what furniture and decorative accessories are needed to fit the STYLE OF THE HOME, THE BUDGET AND THE TARGET BUYER on our initial visit. We also take measurements and photos of each room so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

GINA GAILING, OWNER OF BIG STYLE STAGING, WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR LEAD DESIGNER
(WE NEVER SEND ASSISTANTS TO LEAD A PROJECT).

After we take photos and measurements, we create an individual design plan for the home, assuring that once staged, not only will our colors and decor match the style of the home, all artwork and furnishings will be to proper scale. Staging plans are focused on design selections that will photograph beautifully and make your property memorable. Gina will create a design plan and than we “shop” within our own 3,200 sq. ft. warehouse filled with accessories and furniture that represent current trends and interior design. Big Style Staging picks each piece that BEST SUITS THE HOME AND THE SELLER’S BUDGET. Once the Big Style Staging crew packs everything up for the truck, we are ready for Staging Day. Staging Day is generally 1 full day.

We partner with the best Real Estate Photographers and include up to 25 to 50 Professional MLS Photos with each package. We Coordinate the photography (generally taken the day after Staging day is complete). 24-48 hours later, you have beautiful new photos ready for uploading!

Our Vacant Staging packages vary based on the size of the property, number of rooms staged, design style, and quality of furnishings (matched to the price point of the home). Each package includes comprehensive services, such as design planning, inventory selection and preparation, delivery, installation (Staging Day), professional MLS photography, and complete pack-up and removal.

To get started, we’ll conduct a brief phone consultation or have you complete an online questionnaire. Once we understand your specific needs, we will provide you with a customized VACANT STAGING QUOTE based on a 60 day rental term, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis unless.
