HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
1. Submit Your Order Request
Fill out our short form with your property details, preferences, and photos.
2. We Review Your Submission
Our team personally reviews your images and information to ensure the best fit for your Welcome
Book design.
3. Confirm & Invoice
Once we’ve analyzed your property, we’ll confirm the right package for you (Semi-Custom or Fully
Custom), along with any add-ons you requested. We’ll then send you a detailed invoice.
4. Design Begins
After payment, you’ll receive a detailed follow up questionnaire that gathers all
the content we’ll need to create your book; including property descriptions, amenities,
check-in details, and optional sections like restaurant recommendations and things to do.
You can either provide this information yourself or choose to have our design team
professionally craft this content for you as an add-on service.
