THE PROCESS

Most quotes can be provided over the phone, but some homes and new builds require a site visit to assess the scope of
work based on a variety of factors. During this visit, we carefully evaluate what furniture and decorative accessories are
needed to FIT THE STYLE OF THE HOME, THE BUDGET, AND THE TARGET BUYER. We can then provide you with an
accurate quote.

After the contract is signed and payment is made, we take measurements and photos of each room to create a custom-
ized design plan. This ensures that once staged, not only will the colors and decor match the style of the home, but all
artwork and furnishings will be to proper scale. Our staging plans focus on selections that will photograph beautifully and
make your property memorable. Gina creates the design plan and then shops within our 3,200 sq. ft. warehouse, which is
filled with current trends and quality furniture. Big Style Staging picks each piece that best suits the home and the Seller’s
budget. Once everything is packed up, we’re ready for Staging Day, which typically takes one full day.

We partner with TOP REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHERS and include up to 20 to 40 professional MLS photos with each
package. We coordinate the photography (usually taken the day after staging) and, within 24-48 hours, you’ll have beautiful
new photos ready for uploading.
