While sometimes quotes can be provided during a phone call, all Vacant Homes will require a site visit to the property to determine
the scope of work based on a variety of factors. Careful thought is spent in evaluating what furniture and decorative accessories are
needed to fit the STYLE OF THE HOME, THE BUDGET AND THE TARGET BUYER on our initial visit. We also take measurements and
photos of each room so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.

After we take photos and measurements, we create an individual design plan for the home, assuring that once staged, not only will
our colors and decor match the style of the home, all artwork and furnishings will be to proper scale. Staging plans are focused on
design selections that will photograph beautifully and make your property memorable. Gina will create a design plan and than we
“shop” within our own 3,200 sq. ft. warehouse filled with accessories and furniture that represent current trends and interior design.
Big Style Staging picks each piece that BEST SUITS THE HOME AND THE SELLER’S BUDGET. Once the Big Style Staging crew packs
everything up for the truck, we are ready for Staging Day. Staging Day is generally 1 full day.
We partner with the best Real Estate Photographers and include up to 20 Professional MLS Photos with each package. We Coordinate
the photography (generally taken the day after Staging day is complete). 24-48 hours later, you have beautiful new
photos ready for uploading!
All of Big Style Staging’s Vacant Staging packages are customized to the Seller’s target market and budget, and the home’s design
style. While some staging companies just come in and place furniture to fill a room space, Big Style Staging treats each staging project
as a Model Home. Big Style Staging Vacant Staging packages vary based on the size of your property, number of rooms staged, style of
design and quality of furnishings (typically corresponding to the price point of the property). Packages include all design, inventory pull
and prep, delivery and installation (Staging Day!), Professional MLS photographs, pack-up, pick-up, and rentals for the initial contracted
period. After your initial contract, staging is offered on a month to month rental basis that is listed in your contract.
After a brief phone call or electronic questionnaire, once we have a better understanding of your needs, we will send you
an estimate based on a two month rental period, unless otherwise specified. A final contract price will be provided
within 24 hours after our on-site visit.
